BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Three people were arrested, and several were cited during a DUI checkpoint in Delano Friday night.
The Delano Police Department said the DUI checkpoint was in the 1400 block of Fremont Street from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday, August 28.
Delano PD said 602 vehicles were contacted, with three drivers cited for operating a vehicle while unlicensed or with a suspended/revoked license. Police said three people were arrested for other criminal charges, including driving under the influence, bench warrants, and public intoxication…
