BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Prosecutors have filed a felony hit-and-run charge in connection to the death of a man in October on Camino Media.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Nicholas Aguirre Jr. after a charge of hit-and-run causing death was filed against him on Aug. 19, Kern County District Attorney’s Office spokesperson Daniela Gonzaga said.
Aguirre was not listed in custody as of Tuesday morning. No court hearings were scheduled…
