BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A man accused of hitting and killing a 17-year-old girl on Union Avenue last month with a vehicle was arraigned on Wednesday and faces a pending trial date in October.
Jeff Ferguson, 67, was arraigned on Wednesday and re-entered a not guilty plea to hit-and-run causing death or injury, driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI, and driving while addicted to drugs. He also pleaded not guilty last month. Ferguson faces a pending trial on Oct. 19.
