BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man died of his injuries following an altercation with another person in a Valley Plaza Mall parking lot Friday night in Bakersfield.
Bakersfield police were called to a Target store at 2901 Ming Ave. on Friday at around 8:20 p.m. for a report of a stabbing. A man with severe wounds was found inside the store, police said.

The victim was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The Kern County Coroner’s Office will identify the victim at a later time.
