BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A lucky person who purchased a $20 scratcher ticket in Shafter turned it into $2 million, according to California Lottery officials.
California Lottery officials told 17 News the $20 Instant Prize Crossword scratcher ticket was sold by the Shafter Shell-Subway.
