BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Drivers are continuing to deal with a major closure along Truxtun Avenue as a city road rehabilitation project misses its expected completion date.
The City of Bakersfield said the project, which was expected to be completed by September 20, has been delayed.
That means the on-ramp from Truxtun Avenue to the westbound Westside Parkway remains closed, a closure that has contributed to traffic delays in the area…
