BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Upset following his arrest on suspicion of drunken driving, Alan Henry Gonzalez got hold of the arresting officer’s contact information and began a campaign of harassment and threatening messages, prosecutors say.
At trial this week, a Kern County jury returned guilty verdicts on a felony stalking charge and a misdemeanor count of making annoying phone calls, according to a release from the district attorney’s office.
