Halloween thrills are returning to a Bakersfield neighborhood this week as Noble Manor Haunt opens for its final two nights.
The attraction, located at 811 Acacia, includes a barn featuring several scary themes. For the seventh straight year, Curtis Noble, along with friends and family, is putting on the scare tour at the house across the street from Greenlawn Cemetery.
