BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/FOX58) – The woman who was struck and killed by a truck on Rosedale Highway on Jan. 23 was identified by the Kern County Coroner’s Office. Megan Lee Sanders, 42, of Bakersfield, was struck at around 6:00 a.m. on Rosedale Highway, west of Rudd Avenue. She died at the scene.
