The Honda traveled north in the southbound lanes of Manor Street while the other two vehicles were heading south, police said.

The Honda’s driver said he “had no recollection of the collision,” according to the warrant. He provided a breath sample showing his blood-alcohol content at 0.00%, the filing says, and blood test results were pending to determine if drugs were in his system.

Police were also looking into whether speed played a role and planned to examine the event data recorders in each vehicle, according to the warrant.
