Warming trend moves into Kern’s weekend forecast with highs in the 70s

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – A warming trend is expected to build inland today and remain the dominant weather feature over Kern through the early portion of next week. This will result in a continuation of dry weather for our area through Tuesday with temperatures trending upward each day through Monday. Mainly clear skies and light winds will allow for areas of night and morning fog to form in the San Joaquin Valley with abundant low level moisture present from recent rains.
