The Probation Auxiliary County of Kern hosted its 34th Annual 5K-10K Fog Run at Lake Ming on Jan. 6 with a goal of benefiting at-risk youth. Under chilly skies and surrounded by scenic mountains, runners gathered to raise funds that also go to the Kern County Probation Department’s Helping Hands program, providing for basic needs.
