BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/FOX58) – A large tree fell on Barlow Street at Monterey Street, said California Highway Patrol. It’s unknown how the tree fell, but our Eyewitness News weather team said high winds were expected Wednesday night, prior to a winter storm that is expected to start on Thursday.
