BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Meet this week’s Pets of the Week, Blossom and Shadow!
Both of the pups are chihuahua mixes around 2-months-old, and are just two of a litter of eight female puppies, according to Kristen White with the SPCA. Blossom has tan fur and Shadow has dark fur.
Both pups still need to be spayed and just became available Friday, White said.

White said the SPCA is pushing for the adoption of more puppies as more people find abandoned ones. The shelter cannot hold all of the puppies due to rebuilding the cattery.
