The readiness hearing for two men charged in the killing of a corrections counselor at the Stockdale Highway Target parking lot in 2022 was postponed Friday to Feb. 9. Robert Pernell Roberts, 30, is charged with first-degree murder, second-degree attempted robbery and possession of a firearm as a felon.
