The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating a missing person who is considered at-risk due to a medical condition. Dianne Bakhtiar, 64, was last seen at 3:45 p.m. Jan. 31 in the 2700 block of M Street. Bakhtiar is described as white, 5 feet tall, 170 pounds, with blond hair and gray eyes.
