Taft is under a flood watch and a high wind advisory as a strong atmospheric river of moisture will impact the area for most of the next week. The wind advisory goes into effect at 10 p.m. Saturday and continues through 10 p.m. Sunday wins up to 40 miles pour hour are possible on Sunday with gusts to 60 miles per hour at times.
