BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a man who has been reported missing in Delano.
Joel Sotelo Valencia was last seen on Jan. 31 in the Delano area, according to officials. Valencia is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.
