The woman who died in a car crash at the intersection of Curnow and Cottonwood roads around 9 p.m. Saturday was identified as Tanya Dorismae Davis Stephens, 25, of Bakersfield, according to the Kern County Coroner’s Office. She hit a dirt berm, the coroner’s office reported.
