The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a burglary and auto theft. Sometime between 7 and 9:30 a.m. Nov. 23, the suspect entered a storage unit at Olive Drive Self Storage in the 5200 block of Knudsen Drive and stole an ATV.
