BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Two GoFundMe campaigns were created for two women killed in the suspected DUI crash in south Bakersfield. The crash happened on Feb. 9, 2024, in the 1900 block of Planz Road. Police said officers were following a few vehicles after a car meet in a parking lot on Hughes and White Lanes, when they came upon a crash on Planz Road involving a Chevrolet Tahoe, that had been seen at the meet, and a white sedan.
