Bakersfield police are looking for a teenage boy who went missing at about 3 p.m. Monday in the 2300 block of K Street. The Bakersfield Police Department described Julian Soto, 14, as Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes, standing about 5 feet, 4 inches and weighing 160 pounds.
