It’s time to raise a glass to Le Cave Vin & Cuisine. The new wine shop and restaurant will celebrate its grand opening on Thursday. Le Cave, which opened last month, developed in large part out of owner Robert Tapia’s desire to have a neighborhood spot to enjoy wine and socializing.
