BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Wednesday marks the first day back to school for hundreds of students across Kern County. Right before the bells rang for students to get to class, Eyewitness News went out to catch up with some school principals and parents who shared their first day back excitement.
