A man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of murdering a woman whose burned and stabbed body was found on the side of Highway 99 in Bakersfield in December 2022. Juan Figueroa, 30, was arrested in San Fernando in Los Angeles County around 5 p.m. Tuesday on suspicion of murdering Karla Terron, 27, of San Fernando.
