BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – UPDATE (2:20 P.M.):One man was arrested and another is on the run after allegedly trying to steal a vehicle, with one possibly having a gun. The man wanted by police allegedly was inside the Home Depot on Gosford Road but, police say, left the store.
