10 people arrested by probation officers in DUI warrant operation

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Probation Department conducted a DUI warrant operation Wednesday.

On Aug. 21, officers in the Felony Probation Unit arrested 10 people after going to 17 locations during the operation. They focused on felony probationers who either failed to appear in court for a DUI case or have an active felony warrant for not meeting court-ordered terms.

The Kern County Probation Department said they will continue to supervise offenders placed on felony probation for DUI-related crimes.
