Man arrested for annoying and photographing minors at Beach Park

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield Park Rangers arrested a 37-year-old man after he was photographing minors at Beach Park.

On Aug. 26th, the reporting party flagged down a Park Ranger and informed the officer about an adult male taking photographs of minors at 2400 21st Street. After taking their statement, the Ranger spotted the suspect’s vehicle fleeing the area and relayed the suspects information and vehicle description to BPD via radio.

Investigation into ex-Delano police chief resubmitted to DA’s Office

BPD officers stopped Andres Eubanks’ vehicle in the 4100 block of Empire Drive before he merged onto Truxtun Avenue. Officials arrested Eubanks moments later.

He was arrested and booked into the Lerdo Jail for annoying or molesting a child under 18, lewd conduct in public, and driving on a suspended license.
