The Kern County coroner’s office reported Sunday that a Frazier Park man died Friday when the vehicle he was driving hit a concrete wall at the Lebec Transfer Station. Robin Scott Stears, 63, died at 9:42 a.m. at the scene of the incident at 300 Landfill Road in Lebec.
