UPDATE (Sept. 5): The Bakersfield Police Department said the 38-year-old man has been located.
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department is attempting to locate a missing man who was last seen in July in East Bakersfield.
The department said Derek Jones, 38, was last seen on July 17 in the 1700 block of Mount Vernon Avenue. Jones is described as being 5’1″ tall, weighing 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Officials said Jones is considered at-risk due to an unspecified medical condition.
