Cal City PD investigates rumored threat to schools, no threat found: CCPD

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Officials with the California City Police Department announced police were made aware of a rumored threat to schools in the area, but the threat has been deemed as not credible.

Officials say the alleged threat circulated among parents’ socials media.

The investigation determined there was no threat toward schools in the area.

Police say the proper agency has been notified.
