BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The 2023 crop report has been released and the value of Kern’s crops are up 12% from last year.
The crops are reported to be worth $8.6 billion.

Among the top product are grapes, followed by citrus, pistachios, almonds and carrots. According to the report, Kern County is the number one agricultural producing county in the nation.
