BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield Police Department’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Team and Gang Unit made two arrests Friday night in connection to the Panama Street homicide earlier in the day.
Christopher Tovar, 33, and Lacey Guerra, 40, were arrested Oct. 4 under suspicion of murder, police said. At this time, no information has lead to other outstanding suspects.
