Tehachapi Apple Festival coming to Centennial Plaza

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Apple lovers are in for a treat of “appley-goodness” as the 2024 Tehachapi Apple Festival is set for two days of fun.

The festival is back Saturday and Sunday, with a kid zone, crafts, vendors and the annual apple pie eating and baking contest. Organizers are adding a street maze and aerial silk show into the mix.

City of Tehachapi to host Star Gazing Party

Kern County farmers in the area will be selling apples and other produce at the festival. A portion of the benefits will go toward charities, according to organizers.

Live music will be in Centennial Plaza all day long, a perfect place to enjoy your food.

The Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce will be hosting carnival rides at the Tehachapi Rodeo Grounds Friday through Sunday.
