Reward increased to $30k for information on Cesar Hernandez

DELANO, Calif. (KGET) — The reward for information leading to the arrest of an escaped prisoner in Delano has increased.

The reward for information leading to the arrest of Cesar Hernandez has been raised to $30,000.

Hernandez has been on the run for about 3 weeks after escaping from CDCR officers Dec. 2. He was being transported to a Delano courthouse for charges of manufacturing a weapon and possessing drugs in prison.

Hernandez was serving a sentence of 80 years to life for first degree murder. He has ties to Kern, Los Angeles and Riverside counties.
