Chuze Fitness manager shares tips for sticking to goals all year

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – (KBAK/KBFX) — The New Year is less than two weeks in, but some people’s goals might already be a little shaky.

Morse suggests that people who are looking to keep or set New Year’s goals should make sure that their goals are attainable.
