MIAMI, Florida — A Sacramento couple has been sentenced to federal prison for collaborating with a foreign drug trafficking organization to distribute methamphetamine and opioids via an online pharmacy.
U.S. District Judge Aileen M. Cannon sentenced Vanessa Vanly Kaiser, 50, to six years, and Ronald Robert Kaiser, 61, to nearly four years after their guilty pleas.
