BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A law firm has launched a petition calling for stricter penalties for those who drive under the influence and who are repeat offenders. The petition comes after Sunday morning’s crash that left a young married couple dead.
Chain Cohn Clark has rallied nearly 1000 signatures hoping for a change in the system. Anyone who drinks and drives and convicted, should face harsher penalties than what are already in place.
