BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET)– A driver was rushed to a Bakersfield hospital after overturning their vehicle along Garces Highway Friday morning near Delano .
The driver was headed eastbound in an Acura Integra on Garces Highway just west of Jumper Avenue before losing control and overturning off the road. This was reported just after 8 a.m. on Friday, according to CHP’s Traffic Incident Information Page.

The driver was able to exit the vehicle after it landed in a field. After CHP and other emergency crews arrived, the driver was transported by life flight to Kern Medical for a head injury.
CHP says drugs and or alcohol do not seem to be factors in the crash…
