Man accused of threatening Kern County supervisor removed from court for outburst

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The man accused of threatening a member of the Kern County Board of Supervisors was escorted out after an outburst during his first court appearance Friday afternoon.

61-year-old Parrish Kahn Buzzard was arrested for allegedly sending numerous credible threats through emails to a member of the Kern County Board of Supervisors.
