BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified the second person killed in a crash on Highway 58 in November 2024 as 34-year-old Edgardo Alexander Flores Rivera of Modesto.
According to the coroner’s report, on November 15, 2024, at around 8 a.m., officers were called to the westbound lanes of Highway 58, west of Sand Canyon Road for a crash.
