BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A nighttime full closure of the Ming Avenue on-ramp to northbound Highway 99 and southbound Wible Road between Brundage Lane and Belle Terrace is planned for Wednesday, April 2.
The closures will be in effect from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. as crews work to backfill a new bridge column.
