BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The annual Haggard Boxcar Music Festival is scheduled for April at the Kern County Museum.
The event includes a plethora of Bakersfield artists, as well as a viewing opportunity of the boxcar that Merle Haggard grew up in. Organizers say the recently returned Trout’s Neon Honky Tonk sign will be unveiled for those at the event.
