BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office confirmed that a woman found dead with her hands bound in an Oildale in April of 2024 was stabbed.
The coroner’s office previously identified the woman as Adejda Elba Welsh Worrell, 59, of Bakersfield . According to officials, Worrell was found in an apartment in the 200 block of Universe Avenue on April 13, 2024.
