BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – A Bakersfield physician has been placed on five years’ probation by the Medical Board of California for administering a course of treatment to a patient intended for the patient in the adjacent bed of the same hospital room.
His mistake led to the death of the patient who received the treatment in error.
