Mother of shooting victim collapses after accused murderer granted bail

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Moments after accused murderer Paul Magallanes was granted bail, the victim’s mother collapsed amid sobbing and calls for help as deputies cleared the courtroom.

The woman was taken away on a gurney by Hall Ambulance. Her condition was not immediately known.
