BPD requests public’s help in finding missing 16-year-old

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department requested the community’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old girl who went missing on Saturday.

Johnaye Allen, 16, was last seen at around 1:13 p.m. May 3 in the 6000 block of White Lane, according to police. Allen is considered to be at risk due to being a first-time runaway.

BPD described Allen as being 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was seen wearing a gray sweater, black shirt, purple shorts and black sandals.
