BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — For the first 42 years of his life, Jenner Ramirez had no criminal record. That changed when he stole money and underwear from a female roommate.
On Thursday, Ramirez, 43, was sentenced to two years in prison and ordered to pay restitution after being found guilty of burglary and petty theft.
