BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — At least one person suffered major injuries in a crash involving a semi-truck and another vehicle early Friday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported just before 6 a.m. at North Rancho Drive and David Road, according to CHP’s Traffic Incident Information Page. At least two people were pinned inside damaged vehicles. Major injuries were reported in the crash.

The semi-truck cab reportedly overturned and spilled a load of plastic bins onto the road. A helicopter was called to transport the injured.
