BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The trial of a man charged with murder in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist three years ago has been postponed to July.
Caleb Nathaniel Rodriguez, who’s also charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, hit and run causing death and driving on a license suspended for DUI, had a hearing Friday at which a new trial date of July 21 was chosen, according to court records.
